On Pika’s pricing page, Enterprise is listed “For enterprise” with “Custom credits / month” and these inclusions:

Enterprise API in brief

For companies building on the Pika API, Pika’s enterprise page lists:

• Volume pricing: “Committed-use discounts and volume rates that improve as you scale” (up to 70% off, per its FAQ).
• Dedicated support: “A dedicated solutions engineer, private Slack channel, and tailored SLAs.”
• Custom models: “Models tuned for your specific use cases, developed in collaboration with the Pika Research Team.”
• Higher concurrency and reserved capacity, plus “99.9%” uptime for all models.

When should a team consider Enterprise?

Data, privacy and training

From Pika’s privacy policy (last updated 08/04/2026):

• Default: “Where permitted by applicable law or with your consent, we may also use content you submit—including Inputs and Outputs—to improve our artificial intelligence models and related technologies.”
• Enterprise agreements: if you use Pika “under an enterprise, business, or other separate written agreement,” “the data use and model training terms of that agreement will govern to the extent they conflict with this section, including any agreed limitations on using your content (including Inputs and Outputs) or usage data to train or otherwise improve our models or those of third-party model providers.”

In short, if training on your content is a concern, negotiate it into your enterprise agreement. We didn’t find a security certification (such as SOC 2) named in Pika’s privacy policies, so ask if your review needs one. This is general information, not legal advice.

Rolling Pika out to a team

1. Pick two or three use cases first, such as social ads, product shots or explainer voiceovers. See Pika use cases.
2. Create house templates: approved prompts, aspect ratios and styles. See Pika templates.
3. Build reusable characters and product references with Character Studio and product shots.
4. Set review rules: who approves outputs, and how AI content is labelled.
5. Write usage guidelines based on Pika’s Acceptable Use Policy, including consent for real people’s likenesses.
6. Train the team on prompting and quality: reduce distortion and improve quality.
7. Track credit use per project for the first month to size your custom credits.

Questions to ask Pika’s sales team

1. How are custom credits priced, and do unused credits roll over?
2. How are seats, shared workspaces and permissions handled for teams?
3. What does dedicated support include, and what response times apply?
4. Can our agreement limit use of our inputs and outputs for training?
5. Which third-party model providers process our content, and under what terms?
6. Which security certifications or reports can you share?
7. How does early access to new models work?
8. Can app and API usage be combined in one agreement?

Pika’s contact page says it handles “general inquiries, partnerships, press, careers, and sales,” while product support, subscriptions and payment questions go to its support form.
