What is Character Studio?
“Design a consistent character once, then summon them to star in any of your creations. The Create Character app gives you the ability to build your ideal subject from traits, reference image, or description. You’ll receive a character sheet that can be used in other apps to carry your character across outputs.”
On Pika’s apps page it’s a Featured App: “Customize a character who can be repeatedly used in your creations.” Style options, limits and credit costs aren’t listed on the app’s page; check the app.

Three ways to start a character
Pika says you can build from “traits, reference image, or description.”

Quick steps
- Open Character Studio and sign in.
- Choose traits, upload a reference image, or write a description.
- Check the credit cost, then generate.
- Review the character sheet: face, outfit and proportions should look right from every view shown.
- Name and save your character.
- Use the sheet in other Pika apps to put the character into new scenes.

Which apps accept a character sheet may change; the app shows where you can select your character.
Consistency checklist
- Give the character 2–3 signature features (a red scarf, silver hair, round glasses).
- Use the same name in every prompt.
- Keep the outfit unless the story needs a change; then swap on purpose.
- Avoid tiny, far-away shots where faces are hard to hold.
- Add “keep the character’s face and outfit exactly the same” to prompts.
- More tips: reduce distortion.
Consent and rights
- Pika’s Acceptable Use Policy says “You must not upload or submit photographs, portraits, or other likenesses of real individuals without their express consent.”
- Don’t recreate copyrighted characters or mascots you don’t own.
- Pika lists a commercial license on Creator, Fancy and Enterprise plans.
